Abstract
An especially rare form of ectopic gestation, cornual pregnancy, denotes gestation in the horn of an abnormal uterus. Because of the site of implantation, no "adnexal mass is palp able, but rather, there is variably asymmetric uterus that is often difficult to differentiate from an early intrauterine pregnancy. Hence, the early diagnosis is even more frequently overlooked than in other types. Three cases of cornual pregnancy found postoperatively are presented with a brief review of literatures concerned.
